Eligibility to Purchase

We only accept orders from customers with a UK billing and delivery address. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract and are at least 18 years old (if applicable to your products).

Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith.
  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once you receive dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payment

We accept payments via the methods shown in the checkout page. Payment is taken at point of order.

Delivery

  • Delivery is available to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, strikes, weather, customs—if relevant).

Consumer Rights & Returns

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of return receipt other than for clothes or personal items which cannot be returned (see our Returns Policy).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may deduct value if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess them.
