We do not accept any open or used products unless the item is faulty. This will need to be reported to us within 14 days of the day after receipt of goods. We will send the item for testing and if it is found not to be faulty, we will not accept the return and the item will either be destroyed or returned to you at your expense.

All undelivered orders are subject to a return shipping fee plus a 25% fee.

All lingerie, underwear and any other article of clothing, consumable item, aromas, pills, lube, edibles – once opened and unboxed - cannot be returned.
